He won WD/BW/BB under judge Judy Webb at the Heart Of The Plains KC Saturday for his first 2 points. Toby was WD/BW Monday at the Amana Cluster for a 4 pt major under Judge Dr. John Shelton. Judge Sally Baugniet gave Toby WD for a 5 pt major Sunday atRockford-Freeport IL KC. Toby finished his Championship going WD for a 4 pt major on Sunday at the Mason City KC under Judge Kathleen M.
